I was pleased to learn that my song Nowhere to Go was used in an episode of The Lizzie Borden Chronicles. I am unsure if the TV show is scheduled for a UK release, but hopefully I will get a change to see it. You may be familiar with the Lizzie Borden story via the old skipping rope rhyme:
"Lizzie Borden took an axe
And gave her mother forty whacks.
When she saw what she had done,
She gave her father forty-one"
Not really the most pleasant of children's rhymes! but the history of the event and the mystery that surrounds it make for fascinating reading, and of course song placement. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lizzie_Borden
I am now off to write some more songs based on true gruesome murder events, it could be my niche.
